This accommodated adventure tour will take you to some of Southern Africa's best attractions. Starting in Cape Town to the worlds second largest canyon and highest sand dunes, Etosha and Chobe National Parks, a night on the Okavango Delta and finishing up in Livingstone home to the thundering Victoria Falls!

Day 1. Cape Town to Cederberg Area Highlights. Cederberg, South Africa. Township Tour Cape Town, South Africa. Accommodation. Highlanders Camp, Cederberg.
This tour begins in Cape Town one of the worlds most beautiful cities. After visiting of the city's townships (meeting the local people and see the projects happening in the area), we continue to our accommodation for the evening - in the Cederberg region where we can taste the local wine.Day 2. Western Cape to Gariep (Orange) River, Namibia Highlights. Orange (Gariep) River, Namibia. Accommodation. Felix Unite.
Today we head north and cross the border with Namibia. Our accommodation is based on the Gariep (Orange) River overlooking the South African side of the border. The accommodation provides you with the necessary comforts like hot showers, flush toilets, swimming pool, bar facilities and the Orange River is safe for swimming! You will be briefed on an optional Orange River canoe safari for later this afternoon or the following morning. The night sky above camp shows a wide expanse of stars on clear Richtersveld nights – a truly peaceful and tranquil experience.Day 3. Gariep (Orange) River to Fish River Canyon, Namibia Highlights. After a relaxing morning, we head to the Fish River Canyon. This canyon is the second largest in the world behind the USA's Grand Canyon. A great sight and photo opportunity, especially when the sun sets over the different coloured rock layers.Day 4. Fish River Canyon to Sesriem Area Highlights. Namib Naukluft Park, Namibia. Continuing north we head to the Sesriem Area, to the Namib Naukluft National Park - home to the oldest desert and highest sand dunes in the world.Day 5. Namib Naukluft National Park - Sossus On Foot, Khomas Region Highlights. Dune 45, Namib Naukluft National Park, Namibia. Sesriem Canyon, Namibia. Sossusvlei, Namibia. Accommodation. We enter the National Park today. You have the opportunity to reach the top of Dune 45 for magnificent views over a sea of sand dunes. Afterwards we pick up a shuttle ride and head to 'Dead Vlei' for a nature walk to see the famous 'Deadsvlei' and its ancient fossilised trees. After a stop at Sesriem Canyon, we end the day under canvas - on a stunning farm under the Africa stars.Day 6. Sossus On Foot Camp, Khomas Region to Swakopmund Highlights. Swakopmund, Namibia. Crossing over the Tropic of Capricorn, we head to Swakopmund on the Atlantic coast. There are plenty of things to do here such as quad biking, sand boarding, sky diving, or visiting the aquarium, museums and art galleries.Day 7. Swakopmund Highlights. Swakopmund, Namibia. The day is yours to take on the optional activities available here, or to just enjoy exploring this seaside town.Day 8. Swakopmund to Spitzkoppe Highlights. Spitzkoppe, Namibia. Accommodation. Spitzkoppe Community Camp.
Heading inland from the coast, we make our way to Spitzkoppe. Here we admire ancient bushman paintings that can be seen on the rock formations - the color of the rocks change to different hues of red during sunset and sunrise.Day 9. Spitzkoppe to Etosha Accommodation. Etosha National Park, Namibia.
Leaving Spitzkoppe, we head further north to Etosha National Park. Etosha is home to over 114 mammal and 340 bird species. On arrival we will have an afternoon game drive.Day 10. Etosha National Park Highlights. Etosha National Park, Namibia. Accommodation. Etosha National Park, Namibia.
Today we have a full day of game driving in this incredible national park. See the large pan from which the name Etosha hails and observe the many animals as we traverse the dirt tracks throughout the park. As a dry National Park, there are species that are endemic to drier climates - like the majestic Oryx and the sprightly springbok.Day 11. Etosha to Windhoek Accommodation. Urban Camp, Windhoek.
Today we make our way south to Windhoek, Namibia's capital. Windhoek is a relatively small city with around 200,000 people and we have the evening here to enjoy one of the local restaurants.Day 12. Windhoek to Omaheke Region, Namibia Highlights. Kalahari Bushman Walk, Omaheke Region, Namibia. Accommodation. Zelda's Guestfarm, Omaheke Region.
Travelling west and away from Windhoek, we cross the Kalahari region to our accommodation for the evening. Here we get to meet the San Bushman on a guided walking tour. Learn unique methods on how they survive in this barren area and how they use plants to cure all kinds of problems.Day 13. Omaheke Region, Namibia to Maun, Botswana Highlights. Maun, Botswana. Accommodation. Delta Rain Sitatunga Camp, Maun.
Waking early, we cross the border into Botswana. After formalities are complete, we are off to Maun - a thriving tourist town. Maun is the gateway to the Okavango Delta and time permitting, there is the opportunity to take a scenic flight over the Delta before settling in for the night.Day 14. The Okavango Delta is a labyrinth of lagoons and waterways covering an area of over 17000 square km - the largest inland delta in the world.Day 15. Okavango Delta to Maun Accommodation. Delta Rain Sitatunga Camp, Maun.
This morning we leave the Delta and head back to Maun. The afternoon can be spent around the pool or choosing the optional scenic flight you might have not had time for on Day 13. Alternatively there is also the option to explore the surrounds on horse back.Day 16. Maun to Elephant Sands, Nata Highlights. Elephant Sands, Nata, Botswana. Accommodation. Elephant Sands, Nata.
Today we make our way to Nata and our accommodation for the evening at Elephant Sands, based on the outskirts of the Magkadikgadi Pans reserve. There are no fences here, so you may be lucky enough to see some wildlife roaming to the waterholes the camp is so famous for.Day 17. Elephant Sands, Nata to Kasane Highlights. Chobe Fish Eagle Cruise, Botswana. Chobe National Park, Botswana. Accommodation. Thebe River Lodge.
Heading north, we make our way to Chobe National Park. We take a 'Fish Eagle' cruise along the Chobe River which is led by expert guides. With over 80,000 elephants in the park, hippo's, water birds, buffalo, crocodile and puku to name a few you get to view these magnificent animals as they come down to the river to drink.Day 18. Kasane to Livingstone, Zambia Highlights. Victoria Falls - Mosi oa Tunya National Park, Zambia. Accommodation. The Zambezi Waterfront, Livingstone.
Before making our way into Zambia, we go on an open vehicle game drive around Chobe National Park in search of all the other animals and prolific bird species we may not have seen the day before.Day 19. Livingstone Highlights. Livingstone Activities, Zambia.
Today our tour ends after breakfast.
