Welcome to Kenya! We depart early in the morning from Nairobi and cross the Great Rift Valley while taking in the amazing views and on out towards the Maasai plains and our camp on the edge of the National Reserve. The Maasai Mara National reserve brings to reality many people's 'classic' image of Africa with rolling grasslands, open vistas and herds of animals. We are unlikely to be disappointed and we will explore the park on both a morning and an afternoon game drive today. We might also be lucky enough to visit one of the local manyattas to gain insight into the traditional way of life.Day 3. Maasai Mara National Reserve to Lake Nakuru National Park Highlights. We leave the plains of the Maasai Mara and head further along the Great Rift Valley to one of Kenya's jewels, Lake Nakuru.Day 4. Lake Nakuru National Park to Nairobi
Travelling out of the Great Rift Valley today, we pass by the fresh waters of Lake Naivasha before arriving in Nairobi.Conveniently located on Nairobi's Harry Thuku Road and set in manicured gardens, this hotel offers a peaceful oasis in the centre of town.
