Explore the Panorama Route in Mpumalanga, enjoy game viewing and finding the Big 5 in Kruger National Park, experience Swazi and Zulu cultures, and lap up the city life of Durban.
Day 1. Pretoria to Hazyview Highlights. Blyde River Canyon, South Africa.
Starting the day in Pretoria we set off on our adventure tour to Kruger National Park. On our journey we enjoy the mountain scenery of the Mpumalanga province along the Panorama route, where we stop off to marvel at the natural beauty of the Blyde River Canyon. In the late afternoon we arrive at our camp in the small town of Hazyview, adjacent to Kruger National Park.Day 2. Kruger National Park Highlights. Kruger National Park, South Africa.
This morning we wake early and meet our resident guides and board the 4x4 vehicles before setting off on a day of viewing the amazing wildlife that inhabits the Kruger National Park.Day 3. Kruger National Park
We make our way back into the Kruger National Park this morning for a second game drive to carry on our search for the 'big 5' - elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino. We can choose to head back over the ground covered yesterday or discover a new area of the park today in search of the wildlife we have yet to tick off of our Kruger National Park bucket list. Have you spotted the African wild dogs or heard the iconic cry of the African Fish Eagle yet?Day 4. Kruger to Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, Eswatini (Swaziland)
We continue our adventure tour, travelling along the edge of Kruger National Park and make our way to the Kingdom of Eswatini. Eswatini is landlocked between South Africa and Mozambique, with a fascinating culture and rich heritage. Arriving at Milwane Wildlife Sanctuary (our base for the next two nights) is Eswatini’s oldest protected area located in the stunning Ezulwini Valley, 'Valley of Heavens’.Day 5. Today we make our way through the Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary to the Royal Enclosure to learn about the history and culture of the Swazi monarchy, after being taken by a local Swazi guide though a traditional village. We also stop off at the markets en-route to admire the carvings, drawings and interesting trinkets on sale to support the local people.Day 6. Eswatini to St Lucia, South Africa Highlights. St Lucia River Cruise, South Africa.
We bid farewell to Eswatini and continue our adventure by crossing the border back into South Africa. Our camp is in St Lucia where we settle in and enjoy an afternoon cruise on the St. Lucia estuary - to see the magnificent fish eagle, hippo pods and crocodile found here.Day 7. St. Lucia to Durban
Relaxed and revitalised after a morning at leisure exploring this quaint town, it's off to Durban - one of Africa's largest ports - via picturesque pine forests and sugar cane fields.Court Classique Suite Hotel is set among the embassy buildings in suburban Arcadia, Pretoria. Every adventure tour has an Adventure Pass which is paid to your tour leader in Africa at the beginning of the tour (or pre-paid by arrangement prior to your tour).
