Part of the 15th-anniversary celebrations of Malawi’s Lake of Stars festival, Lake Of Stars, London will take place on Saturday 10 March, the one-day multi-venue arts festival set in Waltham Forest, championing new talent from the UK and Africa.

Confirmed artists include internationally acclaimed, award-winning hip-hop artist from Ghana, M.anifest; Scottish alt-folk act Frightened Rabbit in a stripped back set; and Malawian singer-songwriter Faith Mussa. More artists will be announced shortly. Funds raised from ticket sales will go towards producing the Malawi festival taking place 28 – 30 September 2018.

The festival climaxes with an eclectic evening show featuring live performances and collaborations at the Art Deco Grade II listed WAH17 (Walthamstow Assembly Hall) and for those who like to keep things going until late, there’s an after party…
