Zanzibar is certainly one of my top destinations to travel. The turquoise waters, fine white sand, historical buildings and narrow alleyways, busy markets and friendly people, really is a true wonder of its own.
As you weave in and out of the markets dodging motor bikes and cycles the sights and sounds attack your senses. With the smell of spice in the air, you follow your nose towards the amazing foods available from the old fort and night market.
Take a spice tour, shop for old maritime trinkets, lay on the palm fringed beaches sipping that needed Pina Colada served in a coconut.
