- Chobe National park is located in the North West district of Botswana. The highlight of a visit to Chobe National park is the combination of wildlife, birdlife and reptiles along the banks of the Chobe River. - Heading to Maun, the gateway of the Okavango Delta we spend 2 nights free camping with minimal facilities. This activity really takes us back in time and we become one with nature, wading in the fresh clean water of the Delta with the sounds of Elephants breaking the nearby trees in search of their favorite fruits. We spend our days here with early morning nature walks, relaxing at camp in the shade during the heat of the day and afternoon activities include sunset walks and mokorro (local dugout canoe) trips on the water. In short, the Okavango Delta is a real African paradise and there is no better way to experience this than camping out under the stars. We also have a chance to interact on a personal level with the local inhabitants of this area.
- An open game drive in the Khama Rhino sanctuary is the last highlight of this comprehensive 14 day tour program. Khama Rhino Sanctuary is a community based wildlife project that provides prime habitat for white and black Rhino as well as over 30 other animal species and more than 230 species of birds.
