Starting in the cosmopolitan city of Cape Town, this small group adventure tour takes you into Namibia to the oldest desert in the world to climb its giant dunes. As well game viewing in its premier game park Etosha before finishing in the capital Windhoek.

Day 1. Cape Town to Cederberg Area Highlights. Cederberg, South Africa. Township Tour Cape Town, South Africa.
Our accommodated adventure tour starts in Cape Town, one of the most picturesque cities in the world. On our first stop, we take a township tour in the Cape Flats area where we meet local people, try the local food, gain insight into the community projects and learn about the history of the townships.Day 2. Cederberg Area to Gariep (Orange) River, Namibia Highlights. Orange (Gariep) River, Namibia.
Making our way further north this morning, we head closer to the Namibian border. Our accommodation this evening is on the Namibia side of the Gariep (Orange) River.Day 3. Gariep (Orange) River to Fish River Canyon, Namibia Highlights. Fish River Canyon, Namibia.
Today there's an option to enjoy an early morning canoe ride, or to relax by the water's edge before we make our way to Fish River Canyon. This is the second largest canyon in Africa at 500m deep and over 160km long! Photographers' paradise at one of Africa's natural wonders.Day 4. Fish River Canyon to Sesriem Area
Leaving our accommodation near the canyon, we make our way north through picturesque terrain to the Sesriem Area - the gateway to the Namib Naukluft National Park. The park is home to the oldest desert in the world along with the highest dunes in the world.Day 5. Namib Naukluft National Park to Sossus On Foot camp, Khomas Region Highlights. Dune 45, Namib Naukluft National Park, Namibia. Sesriem Canyon, Namibia. Sossusvlei, Namibia.
This morning we trek up Dune 45 within the National Park and enjoy the view it offers. We then take a short shuttle ride in the park to 'Deadvlei' for a nature walk. We leave the dunes and stop off at a unique conglomerate canyon before making our way via Namibia's smallest town, Solitaire to our desert camp for the night.Day 6. Sossus On Foot Camp, Khomas Region to Swakopmund Highlights. Swakopmund, Namibia. The Tropic of Capricorn.
Today we make our way to Swakopmund on the Atlantic coast for the next 2 nights. To get to Swakopmund we cross the Tropic of Capricorn where we will stop for a photo opportunity. There are many optional activities to enjoy in Swakopmund such as skydiving, quad biking, sand-boarding and much more. For those who don't wish to seek adventure - enjoy the town's many restaurants, German bakeries and galleries.Day 7. Swakopmund
Today is a free day to take part in the many optional activities or just enjoy the sights this seaside town has to offer.Day 8. Swakopmund to Spitzkoppe Highlights. Spitzkoppe, Namibia.
We leave the coast and make our way to the beautiful Damaraland region and explore Spitzkoppe. This giant granite boulder formation peaks up to1800m above sea level and is home to numerous bushman paintings, the most impressive 'Bushman Paradise' which we explore with a local guide of the area.Day 9. Spitzkoppe to Etosha National Park
Heading even further north, we make our way to Etosha National Park. The park is home to 114 mammal- and 340 bird species. On arrival we enjoy a game drive in the park in hope of seeing the many different animals of the area such as elephant, rhino, giraffe and numerous bird species.Day 10. Etosha National Park Highlights. Etosha National Park, Namibia.
Today we spend a full day game driving in the park - searching for the wildlife and hoping to spot the more elusive species. Etosha is over 20,000sq km and surrounds a central salt pan that can be seen from space.Day 11. Etosha to Windhoek Highlights. Windhoek, Namibia.
Making our way back south, we head to the country's capital Windhoek - located between the Khomas Highland, Aus and Eros Mountains - where our tour ends.Cresta Grande Cape Town is located just five minutes from Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront.
